The promotional offer

During our launch promotion, ArcaDev builds your website with no upfront build cost. In exchange, you join one of the monthly hosting and support plans described below. The promotion is offered at our discretion and may be changed or withdrawn for new clients at any time; terms agreed with existing clients are not affected by such changes.

Plans and pricing

Two plans can be purchased directly on our website. Arca Start costs CAD $49.90 per month and includes hosting, maintenance, technical support, up to 5 pages and up to 3 small content changes per month. Arca Flow costs CAD $149.90 per month and includes everything in Start, plus up to 15 pages, the domain, priority support, unlimited small content changes and specialized SEO. Larger scopes and the Arca AI plan are quoted individually.

Prices are shown and charged in the currency of your region: Canadian dollars (CAD) in Canada, Brazilian reais (BRL) in Brazil (Arca Start R$98,90, Arca Flow R$198,90 per month) and US dollars (USD) elsewhere (Arca Start US$39.90, Arca Flow US$119.90 per month). Prices exclude any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Online payment and billing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers. When you subscribe, the first month is charged immediately and your card is then charged automatically every month, in advance, on the anniversary of your subscription. Stripe sends a receipt for each successful payment. If a recurring payment fails, Stripe retries it and emails you a secure link to update your card.

Refunds

If you subscribed but we have not started building your website yet, you can request a full refund of your first payment within 7 days of the charge, no questions asked. Once the build work has started, or after this 7-day period, monthly fees already billed are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future charges as described in the commitment section below. Minimum commitment and cancellation

To keep the website build free under the launch promotion, the offer requires staying on the plan for at least 12 months. You accept this commitment at checkout before paying. After the minimum period, the plan continues month to month until you cancel. To cancel, contact us by email or WhatsApp; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Because the free build is conditional on the 12-month term, early cancellation is handled case by case and may involve a settlement related to the website build. Any such conditions are always communicated and agreed with you in writing before any additional charge is made. If the plan ends, the hosted website may be taken offline, since hosting is part of the plan.

Domain and email

On Arca Start, the domain is purchased separately by the client and remains owned by the client; ArcaDev helps connect and configure it. On Arca Flow, the domain is included: we register and configure it for you. Professional email is not included in either plan.

Source code ownership

ArcaDev owns the website project and source code. While you are on the plan you have a right to use the website we host for you. A source code buyout is available for CAD $499 if you would like to own the project files. On Arca Flow, you also receive the source code after 25 months of subscription.

Scope of updates

Small content updates cover reasonable content and support changes, such as text, images, hours and contact details. The plans do not include full redesigns, complex new features, custom systems or advanced integrations. Work outside the included scope can be quoted separately and is optional.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content and materials you ask us to publish, and for holding the rights to any logos, images or text you provide. You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes.

No guarantee of results

We build professional websites to help your business present itself well online. We do not guarantee specific results such as a particular number of leads, sales, rankings or traffic. The service is provided on a reasonable-effort basis.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ArcaDev is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the province in Canada where ArcaDev operates. The specific governing province will be confirmed in writing before the project starts.
